These terms govern access to Avenue Society websites, digital features, memberships, event registrations, tickets, communications, and related experiences provided by Avenue Property or its associated entities (“Avenue”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Event-specific details, membership invitations, booking confirmations, and other notices may include additional conditions. If those conditions conflict with these general terms, the more specific conditions apply to that interaction.

Acceptance & scope
By accessing or using an Avenue digital service, registering for an event, accepting a membership invitation, or otherwise participating in an Avenue Society experience, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service or complete the registration.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any collection notice, event notice, venue rule, booking condition, or written agreement provided for a particular service.
Access with confidence
Eligibility, accounts & secure access
You must be legally able to enter these terms and provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you register or act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
- Keep booking references, digital passes, access links, and account credentials secure.
- Do not share, sell, duplicate, or misuse an invitation or ticket unless Avenue permits it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe access details or a digital pass have been compromised.
- Use our systems only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with their security or operation.
We may verify identity, eligibility, invitation status, or booking information where reasonably needed.
Belonging by invitation
Membership & community access
Avenue Society access may be invitation-only, linked to an Avenue relationship, subject to capacity, or offered for a defined period. Membership benefits, availability, eligibility, and inclusions may vary and will be described in the relevant invitation or communication.
Membership is personal unless we state otherwise. It does not create ownership, employment, agency, partnership, or any entitlement to a particular property, financial, legal, or investment outcome. We may reasonably change, pause, replace, or withdraw a benefit while aiming to communicate material changes in advance where practical.
Your place at the experience
Events, registrations & tickets
Event places may be limited. A submitted form does not guarantee admission until Avenue issues a confirmation or valid ticket. You are responsible for checking event dates, times, location, arrival requirements, guest limits, accessibility information, and any age restrictions.
Present the valid ticket or Wallet QR issued for your booking when requested.
Ensure guest numbers and any required attendee information are accurate before arrival.
Tell us promptly if you can no longer attend so a limited place may be released.
Review operational messages about timing, venue, safety, weather, or cancellation.
We may refuse or revoke entry where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, transferred without permission, obtained improperly, or where entry would create a safety, capacity, legal, or conduct concern.
Transparent transactions
Payments, cancellations & refunds
Where a fee applies, prices, taxes, payment timing, and available cancellation or refund conditions will be presented before purchase or in the relevant booking terms. You authorise the disclosed charges when submitting payment and must provide valid payment information.
Complimentary registrations have no cash value. If Avenue changes, postpones, or cancels an event, we may offer a replacement experience, transfer, credit, or refund where applicable, taking account of the event-specific terms and rights available under law.
A respectful shared experience
Conduct, venues & safety
Treat guests, staff, partners, venues, and the wider community with respect. Follow reasonable directions, venue requirements, responsible-service rules, emergency procedures, and applicable laws.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Do not damage property or disrupt an event, service, network, or venue.
- Supervise children and guests for whom you are responsible.
- Tell our team about accessibility or safety needs as early as practical.
- Do not bring prohibited, illegal, or unsafe items into a venue.
- Leave an experience if reasonably directed for safety or serious misconduct.
Event participation can involve ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, weather, food, activities, and third-party venues. Please consider your circumstances and follow all safety guidance.
Ideas and identity
Website content & intellectual property
Avenue or its licensors own the website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, video, software, and other content unless stated otherwise. You may view and use that content for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with Avenue services.
You must not copy, modify, publish, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, commercialise, or create derivative works from Avenue content without permission, except where law allows. Avenue names, logos, and trade marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
If you submit feedback or content, you confirm that you have the right to do so. You permit us to use feedback to improve our services without an obligation to compensate you, while personal information remains handled under our Privacy Policy.
Connected experiences
Third-party links, venues & services
Avenue experiences may include or link to venues, maps, payment services, Wallet providers, property specialists, caterers, transport, or other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
A link, introduction, or event collaboration does not by itself mean Avenue controls or guarantees a third party. Consider the third party’s information and make your own assessment before engaging, except to the extent Avenue has made an express commitment or responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Rights that remain yours
Availability, consumer rights & liability
We aim to keep information and digital services useful, accurate, and available, but they may occasionally be incomplete, interrupted, delayed, or changed. General website and Society content is informational and is not a substitute for tailored property, legal, financial, tax, health, or other professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that law says cannot be excluded.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, consumer guarantees may provide rights and remedies.
Any lawful limitation is interpreted only as far as permitted and in light of the service supplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenue is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free digital service, reliance on general information, unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure credentials, or acts of independent third parties outside our reasonable control.

Changes, suspension & termination
We may update digital services, Society benefits, event arrangements, or these terms to reflect operational, security, legal, or service changes. The current terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law or an urgent safety issue requires otherwise.
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, material breach, safety risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of a service. Rights and obligations intended to continue—including intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, and lawful limitations—survive termination.
The legal setting
Governing law & interpretation
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Subject to any right to bring a matter elsewhere, the parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. Headings help navigation and do not limit interpretation.
